I bought my 1965 Chevelle Malibu Tremendous Sport June 2, 1969, simply shortly after I graduated from highschool.
This was a every day driver of mine till 1978 after I parked the automotive within the shed. After a few years of sitting there, the rust took over the weak spots that Chevrolet had once they constructed the automotive.
Just some years in the past we took out the motor and transmission and refurbished it ourselves. For the bodywork I took to a physique store, and so they did a whole frame-off restoration. When it was lastly prepared for me in July 2019 I used to be in a position to take it for my fiftieth class reunion. Since then, my Chevelle and I’ve gone to many exhibits, and I’ve pushed it at quite a lot of occasions for enjoyable.
